Your details, cared for.
Website launch and testing interest · updated 14 October 2026.
When you join, you ask Pawcasso to send a signup thank-you and email you its download link at launch. Testing is a separate, optional choice: we’ll contact you about early TestFlight invitations only if you choose it.
What we save
Your email, optional preferred name, testing choice and when you made or updated the request. We use this information with your consent for these launch and testing messages. We don’t ask for an Apple ID, password or full legal name. Raising a paw to test doesn’t add you to Apple’s developer team or guarantee a beta place.
Signup is separate from the anonymous World Vegan Day poll. We don’t connect your email to votes or route choices. Your email isn’t displayed publicly.
Where it goes
The signup is stored in the website’s managed Cloudflare database through OpenAI Sites. Huiyan Wan, who runs Pawcasso, can access the private list and export it to prepare the requested emails. We use EmailOctopus to send your signup thank-you and the launch or testing emails you requested. It receives your email, optional preferred name and launch/testing preferences, and records delivery and unsubscribe events. Your email address has not been verified by this form. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.
Change your mind anytime
Return to the join page in the browser you used to update your choices or remove that browser’s signup. Our emails include a leave-list link. Leaving through EmailOctopus removes all active website requests for that email; the website’s personal withdrawal links also remain available. You don’t need to wait for our first email. If you’ve cleared your browser data or are using another device, email privacy@pawcasso.run from the address you signed up with to ask us to remove you. We handle these requests personally. You can also use this address to ask about your information.
We keep active contact details while preparing the launch and testing updates you asked for. Withdrawal clears the contact details and testing choice from the active records. Minimal non-contact identifiers remain so old withdrawal links keep working and we can handle duplicate requests safely. EmailOctopus may retain your address as an unsubscribe record so we do not send you further emails.
A small necessary cookie
We use a first-party cookie to recognize the signup made in this browser, so you can update or remove it. It lasts up to 60 days and isn’t used for advertising. Briefly retained hashed request counters help prevent spam; we don’t save raw IP addresses in the interest list. Clearing cookies, or letting this cookie expire, removes this browser’s access to its saved signup. It does not delete the signup from our list. You can still ask us to remove it by email, as explained above.
A little note for a friend
Making a friend note saves the words you choose, an optional sender name, and an optional animal or named London example. Anyone with its unique link can read it. Please leave private details, addresses and email addresses out of the note. We don’t ask for your friend’s details or send the link for you.
Links expire after 90 days. Expired note text is removed when the note service next handles a request. You can remove a note sooner from the browser that made it; clearing cookies removes that browser’s removal control. Contact privacy@pawcasso.run with the link if you need help.
A necessary first-party cookie recognizes the author’s browser for removal. It lasts up to 90 days and is renewed when that browser makes a new note. The database stores a hash of its random value, rather than the cookie itself. Short-lived hashed request counters prevent spam; raw IP addresses are not saved in the notes database. Note data is stored in the same managed Cloudflare database through OpenAI Sites, separately from launch-interest records, votes and app outings. Personal app collections and route geometry are not copied into a friend note.
