Pawcasso Run turns a run into a drawing: you pick an animal and roughly where you are, and the app finds a route through real streets that looks like it.

Getting help

Email support@pawcasso.run. It is a small operation, so replies come from a person rather than a helpdesk, and usually within a few days.

Useful things to include, if you have them:

• What you asked for — the animal, the distance, and the place you typed.
• What happened instead, and a screenshot if the app showed you something odd.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.

Common things

• "It can't draw a dog near me." Some towns simply lack the street shapes an animal needs. The how far? control lets the search roam further out, which is the lever that usually fixes it — the app would rather tell you it can't than hand you a route that doesn't look like anything.
• Location starts only when you ask. “My location” takes one fix. A run you explicitly start keeps recording if you lock the phone or use another app while the run remains active. It auto-pauses after 15 minutes without real movement and always pauses by 12 hours. Pause, Finish or Abandon stops it sooner. Pawcasso asks for When In Use rather than Always access, keeps the route on your phone, and has no account.
• You want a shared route taken down. Send us the link and we will delete it. Links also expire on their own after 90 days.

Privacy

What the app collects, why, and how long it is kept is set out in full in the privacy policy — see privacy-policy.html. There are no Pawcasso accounts, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics kit. Explicit route feedback and route-generation records are used to evaluate and improve how well the app draws animals, as the policy explains.
